Living in God’s Household

February 18, 2013

Today’s Reflection

ALL OF US lose our way now and then. The good news of Lent comes in God’s desire that we hold on and not look back. God will help us find our way again. Lent encourages us to hold on to the life we were baptized into and get back on the track of Jesus’ path.

Merciful God, give us grace to live in your household of life now and keep us looking forward to Christ’s gracious reign. Amen.

Lord, I pray for Gregory, that he will come to know you, that I will be thankful for those acts he does and forgive and understand his ways.
In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

When I prayed today’s prayer, the thought that came to my mind was how grateful I am that I have a Loving Higher Power, the Christ Jesus, to turn to for help with all my problems both great and small.
