THIS VERSE (Daniel 10:19) has come to represent my entire theology as well as my life and healing journey. I repeat it daily, sometimes multiple times a day, using this form: Do not fear. Deeply loved. Be at peace.
Because it has three short phrases, each with three syllables, it makes the perfect mantra, listening focus, and/or calming technique. It’s great to use with prayer beads or as you go about your day. We do not have to be afraid because God is with us – ready to comfort us, sustain us, and carry us through the worst of times.

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling, one Lord, one faith, one baptism, one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all.
Ephesians 4:4-6 51:12, NRSV
