The Body Holds Wisdom

Today’s Reflection

GOD CREATED YOU as an amazing and complex human being. Science proves over and over that your body holds more wisdom than you can fathom. Your physical body also carries trauma and pain. No matter where you are on your healing journey, you are processing the traumas your body and spirit have experienced in the past. As a Christian, you look to Jesus as your model for living. Jesus not only experiences many mountaintop moments but also encounters great physical trauma and pain.

Jesus endured physical pain and trauma for my salvation. I give him glory and honor for saving my soul.

If the Son of God can endure, so can I.
Had a productive day yesterday and a “date lunch” of Cod at Culvers. Those days are precious and not to be taken for granted.
Our lawn is full of clover. Up until last year it was looking good, but it’s hard to keep it up like we used to. Oh well, we try.
Mary, I watched “Simply Ming” and they showed two tasty looking fish heads and I thought of how you took some to your dear Dad and he enjoyed them.
“Every time I feel the Spirit moving in my heart I will pray” My Mantra.

Yes, dad loves to eat curry fish head.

I was invited by a friend to have lunch at a Chinese restaurant today and we enjoyed the fellowship.

      Thank God for friends!

One reason Jesus came in human form was to experience our human frailty, human pain, and human temptation. His dying on the cross for me is physical pain beyond any I will experience. His seperation from the Father while on the cross is emotional anguish beyond any I will experience as well.
Prayers for Jill’s upcoming doctor appointment, may she find pain relief from her doctor.
Prayers for Robert and Erich as they move, may alll go well, may they be safe and dry, and I pray Robert does not suffer physical strian or injury.
Prayers for Connie and may her health improve.
